Let us help you create your Dream Home.
With over 30 years of building experience, our family is the perfect choice to collaborate in the design and construction of your perfect home. We take pride in our simple, straight-forward building process that when paired with personal service removes the uncertainty of building a new home.
The journey begins with an initial consultation. At the consultation you’ll meet with one (or both) of the builder-owners to discuss your ideas and desires in a new home. You will be able to view our library of designs along with many of the unique homes that have already been crafted. The goal of the initial visit is to best understand you and your vision for a home, so we can most effectively and efficiently help you bring that vision to reality.
After the initial visit, we begin to create preliminary designs based around your home vision. Throughout the design process we stay in constant communication so that your ideas are best integrated into the design. Once the plans have been developed, we start on creating a comprehensive list of features and finishes to make the home truly yours. At this stage there are several options depending on your desired level of involvement throughout the building process, from replicating a feature list from one of our previous homes to hand selecting each part.
Once the planning stage has been completed, we are ready to sign a final contract and start building your dream home. Throughout the building process you continue to work directly with the builder-owners regarding the various aspects of your home. We’re always happy to meet to discuss and show you the progress on your new home and work to implement changes that help exceed your home vision. From start to finish timelines are clearly explained and friendly reminders are given for selection items.

Portfolio of Custom Homes
This custom residence is truly one-of-a-kind and was specially designed around the needs and desires of our clients and their family. The home began with the desire to have a large open first floor centered around the kitchen with oversized an island, custom cabinetry, large dinette and great room. The owners also wanted a main floor master suite with private sitting room and a home office that had easy access from the front door for clients to access. From there we designed a large mudroom and laundry room that had plenty of storage.
The 2nd floor was built to be a “kids suite” with a playroom that includes 7.1 surround sound for movies and games, a secondary laundry area along with 3 bedrooms that feature on-suite bathrooms and walk-in closets. The finished lower level will be the adults’ escape with a full wet bar that is open to the theatre room with projector and surround sound. The entire home also has the latest in A/V and convenience technology including, whole-house audio with wireless control, central vacuum, Lutron programmable lighting control and much more.
Below is a Craftsman-inspired two story home. The impressive design boasts a dramatic two-story great room and foyer with open catwalk, main floor master suite, 4 additional bedrooms, 2nd floor craftroom, expansive kitchen, home theater, custom wet bar, 3 surround sound zones, whole house audio and camera systems and more.
Several years ago a family purchased one of our Somerset Classic home and lot packages in Menomonee Falls. Recently they decided to add an addition to their home. They contacted us to work with them and the design and construction of a new screened in porch addition to their home. They had some very specific criteria for the porch which we were able to integrate into the design and completion. One area was that the owner’s didn’t like wood decking and wanted a floor that resembled wood flooring. To meet that need we used a luxury vinyl plank flooring that will hold up to Wisconsin’s 4 seasons and give many years of enjoyment. They also wanted surround sound inside the porch plus flood lights and speakers outside for the winter-time hockey rink. We also designed a wood burning fireplace and installed custom windowed-screen panels to extend the use of the porch further into the cool season.
